Calculation and examination standards for losses of electricity and heat
Examination of material calculations, proving the value of standards process losses submitted for approval and validation of source data, pledged in the calculation of specific fuel consumption standards, regulations, stockpiling fuel standards of technological losses of electricity and thermal energy in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents (orders , procedures, regulations), the Ministry of Energy and the requirements of voluntary certification organizations in the field of rational use and conservation of energy (RIER).

Purpose:
Analysis of changes in absolute and relative technical losses, the ratio of the load and conditional constant losses, the development of programs to reduce excessive losses of electricity and thermal energy.
Activities:
Examination of material calculations, proving the value of stockpiling fuel standards;
Examination of the standards (norms) of technological losses of electricity and heat;
Validation of input data used in the calculation of specific fuel consumption standards, regulations create stocks of fuel, regulations, technology power losses in electrical networks and heat in the heating networks, based on the results of energy audits (energy audit) of the organization (enterprise);
Assessment of the completeness and adequacy of planned measures to reduce electricity losses to the regulated period and the medium term.
